My first time ordering took two weeks to receive the Gucci sandals everything went well you suppose to talk to the seller before placing the order

BYER BEWARE!! FAUD!!!
A terrible mistake buying from BUYMA,
I made a purchase in April, 2021 from
THE HARLOW, a representative from BUYMA.
it is now June 17 and i have still not yet received my item.
In fact THE HARLOW sales person went to great lengths to send a FAKE tracking number for shipping
I contacted the seller 11 times pleading for help and she had still not responded
Out of desperation I contacted BUYMA CUSTOMER SERVICE , they are equally as terrible , they have not responded either to my 5 emails for help.
It’s been 3 months and I still have not received my item which I paid 829.00 for
And i cannot leave a review on their website because they claim “shipment” had not been received
That’s correct , because the tracking number number they provided is FRAUD!!!
DO NOT USE BUYMA !!!??
This experience has been nothing but aggravation and disappointment and lies!

After reading these reviews from other customers I think I’m going to pass on Buyma! The reviews are horrible and if the service is this bad as people say, they shouldn’t be allowed to sell in America!!! I’m pissed because I really wanted them Gucci multicolor sandles!!!!!!

I tried to placed an order twice and of course the product turned out to be unavailable twice. Why do you even list it if you not sure about availability. Waiting for my refund i hope i will get it!

Have purchased several items from this site with no issues. I even cancelled an order on a $1800.00 pair of Louis Vuitton shoes and was refund pretty quick.

Buyma is a scam! I purchased a $3800 Louis Vuitton backpack. Seller "CalUs' out of Austria emailed me to say it was shipped Dec 19th. December 29, 2020. I received an email that the package was received in ISC USPS NY. Since then, I havent heard a thing. I called USPS and they said it appears to be lost and since it was shipped internationally only the sender can initiate an investigation. I tried contacting Buyma for help. They sent me a link to the sender. I emailed the sender several times and they have refused to respond. So without their help it seems I've lost $3800. I emailed Buyma several times asking for their help and now they are not responding.

Three weeks ago I ordered a jacket with a size that’s shown to be available but turned out not. Immediately requested a cancellation and refund. Both the seller and the buyma customer services staff said the refund had been done and it might take up to a few business days. However, up till now no refund has been done and I asked for proof of that but no response from them AT ALL! It’s basically a scam! So honestly, please don’t buy from this site....

I ordered it in July
And recieved nothing till today .

If you enjoy paying almost 60% to 80% more for regular priced merchandise than this place is for you! I was dumb enough to pay the marked up price for a pair of sweatpants from the seller "CAVOCAVO" on may 20, 2020. Its July 27 and they havent arrived. The seller keeps telling me it's taking a long time because of the pandemic. It's TRUE things have slowed down because of the pandemic but it doesn't take 2 months for something to get shipped from the states to canada. 1 month tops! Yet the seller keeps saying the same lies and tells me to wait. Why would I buy something if I was getting it 2 months later? Want help from customer service? Haha! They have a email for customer support but I think the pet dog is watching the computer or all there support requests go directly to waste bin because of the complaints overload. Seriously, when 75% of the reviews of buyma are negative what is that telling you? When all the reviews basically have the same complaints what's that telling you? Dont say I didn't warn you!

It is so illogic to find a shopping website in 2020 with no return or change policy. It sounds like 1920. While the whole world is rushing into facilitating online shopping and making it easier for customers, BUYMA is offering a very poor service. I do not care if there is a 3rd or 4th party buyer in there. I only care about my rights as a customer to change or to return as long as the item is unused or in perfect condition, especially if it's recently purchased.
All that I know is that I will never use BUYMA in the future ever. Unfortunately, nothing can guarantee customers' rights like American companies. Asia still needs time to compete.
